You can return or exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date. This 30-day window begins from the day you receive your order, giving you ample time to decide if your purchase meets your expectations.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original, unworn, and saleable condition. This means the items should show no signs of wear or damage and must be returned with all original packaging, including any tags or labels.
Items Purchased with Promotions
If you are returning products purchased during a promotional offer, you may be required to return any complimentary items received as part of the promotion. For multi-buy offers, all items included in the offer must be returned to receive a full refund.
Process for Returns- Step-by-Step Guide

Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, including the box your item(s) was delivered in. If you received additional gift packaging (such as a gift bag or gift note), please do not return these, as we will not send replacements for them.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Send your package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are in unworn, saleable condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the process is similar to a return:

Get in touch with our customer service team to request an exchange. Provide them with details about the item you wish to exchange and the item you would like in its place.

Only return the item(s) and the original box they came in. Do not return any additional gift packaging, as we will not replace these items.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will send out the replacement item. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the exchange has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
