Our shipping policy outlines the various delivery services we offer, estimated delivery times, and other important information to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time.

UK Delivery Services

Standard Delivery 

All standard deliveries within the UK are handled by Royal Mail 48. This service typically takes 2 working days for your items to arrive. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day, ensuring prompt delivery. 

  • Carrier: Royal Mail 48 
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 working days 
  • Dispatch Time: Same day for orders placed before 2 PM 
  • Exclusions: Weekends and UK bank holidays 

Upgraded Delivery (Next Day Delivery) 

For customers who need their items more urgently, we offer upgraded delivery options. These options include next day delivery services. 

  • Service: Royal Mail or another courier service for next day delivery 
  • Availability: Monday to Friday 
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2 PM (Monday to Thursday) 
  • Delivery Days: Next day for orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Thursday) 

Exclusions: Orders placed after 2 PM on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday, and orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. 


We currently ship to all addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. However, there are certain exclusions to our delivery service: 

  • Hotels 
  • Hostels 
  • Prisons 
  • P.O. Boxes 
  • BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses 

These exclusions are in place to ensure security and proper delivery of your items. 

International Delivery Services

International Shipping 

We are proud to offer international shipping to various destinations, including Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked service, ensuring that you can monitor the progress of your delivery at every step. 

  • Carrier: Royal Mail tracked service 
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 working days 
  • Tracking: Available for all international orders

Please note that delivery times can vary based on the destination country's customs processing and local postal services. We recommend allowing extra time during peak seasons and for orders placed during public holidays. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs vary based on the delivery method and destination. During the checkout process, you will be able to see the shipping cost with the respect to your specific region.  

Order Processing and Dispatch 

To ensure timely delivery, we process and dispatch orders on the same day if placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. 

Delivery Issues and Delays 

While we strive to ensure all deliveries are made on time, occasionally there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, customs processing, or postal service disruptions. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance. 

Customs and Import Duties 

For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Faris Jewels has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. 

  • Responsibility: Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. 
  • Customs Clearance: Delays may occur during customs clearance; please allow extra time for delivery if your order is held by customs. 

Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. 

Reporting Lost or Damaged Items: 

  • Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. 
  • We will liaise with the carrier to investigate the matter. 
  • Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement or refund for the lost or damaged items.
